At Carnaby, you won’t just work behind a counter - our cool NYC-style lounge space is retail redefined, where you'll help create high-energy social media content, and cultivate a diverse, loyal community where everyone feels seen, valued, and inspired.
What You’ll Do
- Build a Community: Cultivate warm, genuine, and real relationships with local beauty lovers and global visitors, turning first-time guests into lifetime advocates.
- Create & Advocate: Use your innate flair for visual storytelling to connect with our community both on and offline as a key digital face of the store.
- Deliver Skincare Excellence: Share your absolute passion for the Kiehl's mission, presenting personalized advice and expert skincare routines.
- Host Legendary Experiences: Bring energy to our New York-style lounge, supporting influencer events & creator recordings & activations.
- Smash Your Goals: Combine your creative spark with commercial drive to consistently hit and exceed in-store KPIs.

- PHASE 2: Video & Content Submissions (Week Commencing July 13th) Show us your personality! Create two short, high-energy videos for your Round-1 interview.
- PHASE 3: The Chemistry Class (Week Commencing July 27th) Meet us in person! Join us for an interactive, live, and collaborative casting experience.
- PHASE 4: The Final Pitch & Traditions (Week Commencing August 3rd) Complete a final creative brief designed for our future stars, leading straight into onboarding.
