A Day in the Life Reporting to the CDMO team, you will orchestrate our end-to-end CRM strategy to nurture consumer relationships across digital channels.
- CRM Strategy: Define the CRM roadmap, data collection, and trigger journeys for personalization.
- Campaign Excellence: Brief agencies, manage audience segmentation, and run multi-channel A/B testing.
- Operations & Governance: Deploy email toolkits and share best practices across brands to secure execution excellence.
We Are Looking For You are a collaborative, analytical thinker who thrives in agile environments and is ready to drive consumer engagement.
- Strong expertise in CRM software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
- Proven skills in marketing automation, journey creation, and audience segmentation
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to consult and support brand teams
- Professional proficiency in English and French
