Currently, we are looking for a new key team member to strengthen our Credit care processes in our HUB.
As a Credit Specialist, you will be accountable for:
- Enforces the local credit policy with the Credit team and relevant stakeholders
- Coordinates all credit related activities/policy to ensure a clear and risk optimal process for customers and L’Oréal
- Processes regular credit limits reviews and is the initial requestor of the needed credit limit vs Atradius policy
- Manages the credit blocks and releases orders
- Manages & analyses credit risk and credit exposure of local customer portfolio.
- Ensures customer credit master data setup is accurate
- Monitors local credit KPIs and drive improvement
- Ensures communication flow to inform internal stakeholders of potential credit issues
- Credit assessment of new and existing customer accounts
- Posting and clearing of payments in the customer accounts
- Checks daily the A/R pending account for unidentified customer payments
- Sends customers account statement
- Bad Debt customer identification
- Calculates statistical and customer specific Bad Debt provisions
- Continuous improvement
- Enforcement of payment terms
- Collaborates closely with the customer care and key business stakeholders involved in the process (sales, controlling)
- Responsible for the dunning process
- Responsible for the client accounts clarity
We are expecting:
- 1-2 years experience within L‘Oreal or other company in Credit / Customer care / Controlling / Finance
- Agility & Customer Orientation
- Ability to handle administrative complexity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to the detail, accuracy
- Reliability, entrepreneurship
- Persistance, ability to setup and communicate priorities

- Fluent Czech or Slovak, Hungarian is advantage
