Your role

You’ll get to:
• support market leadership and ensuring seamless communication with the sector team
• support our sector and market heads in driving business performance, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and following up on action items
• coordinate and track sector-level projects and initiatives, making sure deadlines are met and resources are used efficiently
• manage relationships with Operations, Business Risk, HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc. to resolve issues quickly
• lead or support change initiatives that improve how we work, both within the sector and in your dedicated markets

You’ll be working in the WM Eastern Europe, Israel, Africa Chief of Staff team, based in Zurich. Our team’s mission is to support the sector and market heads in driving business performance and operational excellence across the EEIA sector and its markets. We work closely with colleagues across the EMEA region and the wider GWM organization, connecting ideas and people to deliver results.Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on getting things done
• has the ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and cultures
• has outstanding communication skills in English; other languages are a plus
• is open to change and able to spot opportunities for improvement
• is passionate about delivering value and making a difference
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Your program
This paid internship will last 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
