A Day in the Life
Reporting directly to the Business Unit GM of Armani and Valentino, you will deliver the GCC Retail Education strategy to drive business growth and elevate brand image across all counters.
- Education Strategy & Multi-Language Tools: Build GCC-relevant education plans and provide local trainers with multi-language (English/Arabic) tools for BA inductions, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Retail Excellence & Client Experience: Roll out top services to elevate client experiences in top doors; monitor CXE results and implement corrective actions with partners.
- People & Talent Management: Coach local training teams, supervise the field talent pool, and directly manage the career plans and scheduling of the Regional Makeup Artist (MUA).
- Operations & Budget Control: Oversee BA grooming, uniforms, and service tools while planning and managing the Education and Retail budget (orders, travel, expenses, gifting).
We Are Looking For
To thrive in this complex and fast-paced environment, you should bring a blend of commercial acumen, luxury sensibility, and people-first leadership.
- Experience & Expertise: Highly experienced in retail training or education management within luxury cosmetics, with a strong affinity for fine fragrances.
- Coaching & Leadership: Proven track record in evaluating, motivating, and coaching sales staff, with a generous, empathetic, and patient approach to developing talent.
- Analytical & Business Mindset: Comfortable with numbers, budget planning, and translating complex technical or brand information into simple, actionable retail tools.
- Agility & Drive: An entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and organized team player who is resilient under business pressure and adaptable to diverse markets.
- Mobility: Flexibility to travel regularly across the GCC (specifically KSA) and Europe.
