A Day in The Life:
As our Order-to-Cash (OTC) Manager, you will lead a critical team within our Supply Chain, ensuring the financial and operational integrity of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce channels. Reporting to the Sr OTC Manager, you will be the key driver for process optimization and financial reconciliation, making a direct impact on our business performance and consumer experience.
- D2C Order Management: Manage accounts receivable for direct-to-consumer orders, meticulously comparing data from our Order Management System (OMS) with consolidated orders in SAP.
- Financial Reconciliation: Lead the reconciliation process for returns, refusals, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies swiftly.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve cash management workflows for our D2C channels, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with platform/ customers, e-operation teams, commercial, technical IT teams and other supply chain teams to support a seamless and financially sound consumer journey from order to cash.
- PO Settlement: manage manual PO claim and settlement.
What We Are Looking For:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify discrepancies.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of accounting principles, especially in accounts receivable and reconciliation.
- Business Acumen: Comprehension of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer business models.
- Results-Driven: A focus on achieving accurate and timely financial outcomes.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Technical capability: Proficiency in Power BI or Excel Macro would be a significant advantage.
