We are looking for a dynamic and agile person to work as a Junior Customer Care Manager to drive our LDB business. As a Key Account Supply Chain Manager (Customer Care) at L'Oréal, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success. You will act as the key link between L'Oréal’s supply chain and the customer's supply chain to ensure seamless order-to-delivery execution, build partnerships through win-to-win relationship building, and animate supply chain meetings to maximize product availability on the shelf at the minimum cost, providing the best customer satisfaction.

- Lead information sharing and solution-driven problem solving with customers on supply-related topics.
- Animate supply chain meetings with key accounts (Service Level review, SIT closing, SISO planning, OSA review, replenishment reviews).
- Follow up supply chain performance — track and report KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, SISOSIT, ISA/OLA).
- Ensure correct ordering and perfect delivery execution end-to-end.
- Act as enabler of commercial activities — support launches, promotions, and contract execution from a supply standpoint.
- Serve as the expert of the customer's supply chain, understanding their systems, processes, and constraints.
- Serve as the expert of L'Oréal's internal operations, bridging customer needs with internal capabilities (Commerce, Portfolio, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Order to Cash, Transport, Physical Distribution, Copacking, Finance, Master Data).
You have...
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics.
- 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Customer Supply Chain roles, ideally in FMCG/Beauty/Dermatological Beauty.
- Strong understanding of SISOSIT (Sell In - Sell Out - Stock In Trade), OSA Management, and order-to-cash processes.
- Experience working directly with modern trade/distributor/e-commerce accounts.
- Strong analytical and Excel/forecasting skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, and Logistics.
