Medical Communication Manager (Dermatological)

The Dermatological Beauty Division is the world leaderin dermocosmetics, with international skincare brands recommended by healthcare professionals and distributed in healthcare outlets worldwide, including,pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spa and e-retailers.
On the role you will:
- Define the on- and off-line medical strategy in linewith brand strategy (product plan, services, territories etc.)
- Take charge of science & competitor monitoring inmedical areas and process / analyses all information (panels, competitoranalysis, etc.)
- Create a storytelling scenario and define key messagesadapted to health professionals
- Identify key tactics to maximize effectiveness andimpact of brand messages and medical education within HCP community
- Prepare the content and the communication tools to thetargets and different touchpoints like sales visit aids, information leafletsfor doctors and patients, medical training programs targeting doctors,websites, mail and newsletters, video, webinars, communication material forevents such as congresses, etc.
- Support retail strategy for medical section
- Perform KPI assessment to maximize efficiency of spentof medical promo budget
- Circulate of scientific and medical expertise to otherdepartments and train medical representatives
- Introducing of local observational studies and ensuringthey are used
- Work together with marketing, medical detailing,distribution, external communications and digital to guarantee the coherence ofthe messages
You will succeed if you have:
- Relevant Business/Science degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with marketing and/or medical relations in pharmaceutical or beauty industry
- Experience from dermatology/pediatrics would be an asset
- Highly developed communication & presentation skills
- Proactivity, independence and willingness to take onchallenges
- Good Polish and English
