Job Title: (Sr.) Global Social & Advocacy Specialist - Dr.G DMI
Position Purpose
The Global Social & Advocacy Specialist is responsible for the strategic management and execution of Dr.G’s global social media, strengthen brand community relationships and advocacy initiatives,
This role focuses on developing and operating global social strategies, leading influencer and advocacy campaigns, and delivering data-driven insights to optimize social and advocacy performance across markets.
Global Social & Advocacy Specialist는 Dr.G 글로벌 소셜 미디어 및 어드보카시 활동 전반을 전략적으로 운영 및 실행하는 역할을 담당합니다.
글로벌 소셜 전략 수립 및 운영, 커뮤니티 관계 강화, 인플루언서 & 어드보카시 프로그램 전반 관리, 그리고 데이터 기반 퍼포먼스 분석을 통해 각 마켓의 소셜 성과를 지속적으로 고도화하는 것을 목표로 합니다.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Content Creation & Development
- Develop and execute social-first content plans aligned with Dr.G’s global social strategy and brand guidelines.
- Develop compelling brand and product storytelling, translating key brand messages, campaign themes, and product benefits into engaging social content tailored to Instagram and TikTok.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, creators, and production partners to develop, produce, and deliver global social content.
2. Social Listening & Trends:
- Monitor and analyze global social conversations, consumer sentiment, and emerging trends across platforms to identify relevant insights.
- Translate social listening insights into actionable inputs to inform content direction, platform strategy, and advocacy planning.
- Coordinate crisis communication processes, ensuring timely and aligned responses to issues that may impact brand reputation.
3. Influencer & Advocacy Programs
- Manage end-to-end execution and governance of global influencer and advocacy programs, including identification, briefing, negotiation, campaign execution, and relationship management.
- Build long-term partnerships aligned with brand objectives and support the management of ongoing advocacy initiatives across markets.
4. Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Lead day-to-day monitoring, analysis, and reporting of digital, social, and advocacy initiatives using analytics tools.
- Translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations to optimize engagement and support business objectives.
1. Social Content Creation & Development

- 브랜드 핵심 메시지, 제품 캠페인 및 USP를 Instagram 및 TikTok 채널에 최적화된 소셜 스토리텔링 콘텐츠 기획·개발
- 내부 유관부서, 에이전시, 크리에이터 및 제작 파트너와 협업하여 글로벌 소셜 콘텐츠 직접 촬영, 기획, 제작 및 운영

- 글로벌 소셜 채널 소비자 반응 및 트렌드 모니터링/분석을 통한 인사이트 도출.
- 도출된 소셜 리스닝 인사이트를 기반으로 소셜 콘텐츠 방향성, 플랫폼 전략 및 인플루언서 캠페인 플래닝.
- 브랜드 언급, 소비자 반응 및 이슈 모니터링 및 관리.
3. Influencer & Advocacy Programs
- 인플루언서 프로그램의 전반적인 글로벌 전략 수립 및 국가 별 유관부서에 가이드.
- 브랜드 목표에 부합하는 장기적 인플루언서 파트너십 구축을 지원하고, 각 마켓의 지속적인 어드보카시 활동 운영.
4. Performance Analysis & Optimization
- 디지털, 소셜 및 인플루언서 활동 전반 퍼포먼스 분석 및 리포팅.
- 데이터 기반 인사이트를 실행 가능한 개선안으로 전환하여 글로벌 소셜 & 인플루언서 전략에 반영.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in global social media, digital marketing, or advocacy-related roles, preferably within the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record in developing and executing digital and social strategies.
- Deep expertise in influencer marketing, owned and earned media management, and digital content strategy.
- Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience using analytics tools to drive performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking ability, with a results‑driven mindset, including the capacity to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

- 소셜 및 캠페인 퍼포먼스 분석을 위한 데이터 분석 역량 및 관련 분석 툴 활용 경험자
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력과 이해관계자 협업 및 프레젠테이션 역량
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 (비즈니스 레벨 필수, 제2외국어 가능자 우대)
- 복수의 프로젝트와 우선순위를 동시에 관리할 수 있는 프로젝트 매니지먼트 역량
- 성장 기회를 발굴하고 인사이트를 실행 가능한 제안으로 전환할 수 있는 전략적 사고 및 결과 중심적 사고방식
