Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Retail / Business Leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide proactive HR consultation and solutions to support retail performance and operational needs.
- Coach and support managers on people management, employee engagement, talent development, and workforce challenges.
- Support organizational changes, restructuring initiatives, and new store openings as required.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned retail populations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely recruitment of store-based positions.
- Drive efforts to improve hiring quality, retention, and workforce stability.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance concerns, and workplace investigations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local labor law and employment regulations.
- Facilitate performance management processes across retail functions.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen succession pipelines for key retail positions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.
- Analyze engagement survey results and partner with business leaders to implement action plans.
- Support recognition, wellbeing, and diversity initiatives across retail populations.
- Promote company culture and values throughout the retail organization.
- Partner with People Development & Learning to deliver training and development programs.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
- Support implementation of HR systems, policies, and process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and/or HR Generalist experience.
- Experience supporting retail, hospitality, FMCG, consumer, luxury, or other multi-site operations preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Taiwan Labor Law and local employment regulations.
- Experience handling employee relations cases and labor compliance matters.
- Familiarity with workforce planning and frontline employee management.
