Technical Business Analyst - Software Development

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic software development and delivery team within the Airport Applications product line.

Working closely with product, development, and delivery teams, you will play a key role in defining business and functional requirements, contributing to solution design, and supporting the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You will be an integral part of the development, integration, and implementation of Amadeus’ airport self‑service solutions, helping ensure high‑quality, reliable experiences for airports and airlines worldwide.

Our CUSS platform for kiosks and Auto Bagdrops is a well‑established product with strong growth ambitions. As deployments expand globally and airline applications increase in complexity, your contribution will be critical to ensuring seamless operation across hardware devices, platform services, and integrated systems.

Key responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Support solution design, testing, integration, and implementation
• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Advise on product capabilities, limitations, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure high‑quality documentation and delivery aligned with Amadeus standards

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience in a software development or delivery environment
• Knowledge of Self‑Service / CUSS solutions
• Experience with airline and airport systems (travel industry experience is a plus)
• Previous experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum team is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
