Your team

By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.

Your role

• As a client servicing agent (internal and external), playing an active role in problem solving and responding to clients promptly, in coordination with other departments.
• Responding to different requests from investors and clients to guarantee that a quality service is provided, which meets the requirements of high-end clients.
• Providing support to internal requesters (clients, fund managers and other departments).
• Being actively involved in planned/ongoing improvement projects in the Client Service team.
• As a privileged intermediary for investors and clients, providing communication to ensure that client orders are recorded without error and in compliance with the clauses of the various prospectuses and with the regulations in force.
• Participate in due diligence meetings, service reviews, Client visits as required.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Economics or Finance
• Fluent in french and english 
• Min 5 years experience in a similar function and/or working as a Transfer Agent 
• In-depth understanding of investment fund administration.
• A willingness to commit to the long term, working in a department that is constantly undergoing change.
• Resistant to stress, dynamic, rigorous and showing initiative when solving problems.
• An enquiring mind with the ability to grasp new things quickly.
• A keen sense of client service and a willingness to find appropriate solutions.
