Your role
Pictet Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking to recruit a ManCo Oversight & Product Management Officer to work in the ManCo Oversight & Product Management - HKG team.
- Oversee and manage a broad range of finance and management company (MANCO) oversight duties to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Provide comprehensive support for fund operations, including Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation, validation, and the review of financial and investor reports.
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements and coordinate audit processes with internal teams and external auditors.
- Prepare and submit management and regulatory reports in accordance with relevant standards and deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between the company, service providers, and auditors to facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues efficiently.
- Address and resolve inquiries from both internal stakeholders and external parties, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Drive process improvements through automation initiatives, participate in group-wide projects, and handle ad hoc assignments as required.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in fund operations or fund administration, preferably within the asset management industry.
- Solid working knowledge of SFC-authorized funds; experience with MRF (Mutual Recognition of Funds) and QDLP (Qualified Domestic Limited Partnership) schemes is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in AI tools, with hands-on experience in Claude coding, Macro, VBA, Co-pilot, Alteryx, and other relevant tools will be an advantage.
