Product Definition Analyst 2In this role you’ll / Your main responsibilities
· Perform functional analysis of the production issues raised by customers.
· Read and understand the functional specification document and provide solutions based on your analysis.
· Provide timely, efficient and pleasant follow-up to customer queries on technical & functional issues.
· Understanding production issues and analyzing them using 1A standard troubleshooting tools.
· Interact effectively with customers and internal developers.
· Build rapport and elicit problem details.
· Maintain issue analysis rate that is agreed with customers and internal Amadeus standards.
· Propose & work on building new tools which will help in faster resolution of customer incidents.
About the ideal candidate
· The ideal candidate should have good Airline Domain Knowledge.
· Prior experience in travel industry will be plus.
· Intermediate level of knowledge in one programming languages like C/C++, Java, Python,SQL will be good to have.
· Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office tools - Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint and Word, Confluence
· Experience in utilizing debugging tools to analyze problems and identify solutions.
· Strong customer focus and collaborative work style.
· Ability to understand and explain technical information.
· Skill in creating customer facing documentations.
· Confident, patient and clear communicator with technical and non-technical customers.
· Should possess strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills and excellent Interpersonal Skills.
· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments to meet deadlines.
