Join Tech & Cyber Risk service within the Pictet Tech division in Geneva. Our Cybersecurity Engineering team focuses on safeguarding digital assets through detection engineering, incident response, and automation. We are accelerating the cybersecurity transformation through AI-powered automation while enabling the secure adoption of AI technologies across the organisation.

Your role

• Develop and implement AI-powered automation initiatives to enhance cybersecurity operations and improve operational and detection efficiency.
• Automate cybersecurity workflows, including alert triage, investigation processes, case management activities, and operational reporting.
• Contribute to the security of AI-enabled technologies, including AI agents, agentic workflows, AI gateways, MCP servers, and related platforms.
• Support the monitoring and protection of AI and LLM-based applications by implementing security controls and detection capabilities collaborating with Pictet Tech teams to define security requirements.
• Develop and improve detection use cases to identify threats targeting both traditional and AI-enabled environments.
• Participate in cybersecurity investigations and incident response activities, using operational findings to continuously improve automation and detection capabilities.
• Contribute to the evaluation, integration, and operationalization of emerging AI technologies within the cybersecurity ecosystem.
      

Your profile

• 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, software engineering, automation, or a related field.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including detection engineering, incident response, and security operations.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Experience with infrastructure and development practices, including GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, integrations, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Strong experience with AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, and AI-driven automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational challenges into engineering solutions.
• Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Residency in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
