Digital Advertising Operation SpecialistPurpose of the role
The Advertising Operations Specialist is responsible for the setup, creation, launch and behind the scenes servicing of media campaigns for our Paid Search, Display Remarketing, Meta and Social channels. The Advertising Operations Associate owns the setup and campaign builds within the major search engines for paid search, the various ad exchanges and third-party ad networks for display advertising enforcing documented process to ensure a smooth and expedited campaign start. They will be responsible for the on time launch of accounts, performing campaign status checks, troubleshooting and other fulfillment activities for the company entire book of accounts.
In this role you'll:
Set up and traffic campaigns in various platforms including Google Marketing Platforms, Meta & Social, and automated reporting platform.
Generate, implement and troubleshoot all tracking tags (audience, conversion, 3rd party pixels) across all media channels
Complete test bookings to ensure proper tag implementation
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tag
Focus on timeliness and quality in campaign launches for clients, including correct linkage between all platforms, and Amadeus Intranet platforms, and following all quality guidelines for campaign management, including amendments post launch (creative's swap, etc.).
Post launch assistance in regards to delivery.
Confirm that all assets are in compliance with site specifications and properly functioning.
Use best practices while building campaigns in various platforms.
Remain up-to-date on technology and Industry business through trade publications, newspapers and web sites, and assessing the potential impact of industry events/trends on the business. Support the evaluation, testing and implementation of new media networks and partners
Support other duties and projects as assigned
Common accountabilities:
Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.
Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.
Specific accountabilities:
Collaborates with the team in the initiation of defined effective marketing campaigns online, translating business goals into successful marketing campaigns.
Evaluates the needs of the consumer market, and understands how and where to acquire knowledge about consumer trends and demands.
Helps the team in developing the strategy agreed in marketing a company's business online.
About the ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT or related field preferred.
Knowledge of the digital industry and basic understanding of digital KPIs
Digital Media Platforms (including Google marketing platforms and Facebook) a plus
Knowledge and experience working with ad tags, basic HTML and rich media a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of Digital Advertising industry
Knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook and other social advertising platforms a plus
Knowledge and experience working with ad tags, basic HTML and rich media
Open to work in a hybrid set-up.
