Senior Private Banker - Caribbean Market

Your role

• Proactively build and manage a portfolio of High-Net-Worth clients in the relevant markets, with a strong emphasis on business development and client acquisition.
• Prepare tailored investment proposals and contribute to the development and implementation of best-in-class solutions, ensuring alignment with clients’ objectives, assets, and investment policies.
• Monitor client portfolios, provide regular performance reviews, and keep clients informed of relevant market developments.
• Meet with prospects and clients, prepare for meetings, and manage follow-up actions to ensure a high standard of client service.
• Collaborate closely with Investment Specialists and the Investment Platform to remain up-to-date with the latest investment solutions and guidelines.
• Oversee the efficient setup of new client accounts and address related administrative matters as required.
• Maintain a strong compliance culture, ensuring adherence to all relevant local laws, regulatory requirements, and in-house directives.
• Uphold Pictet’s mission and core values, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all activities.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree
• Post-graduate degree such as a Master’s degree, CFA, CIIA or MBA
• Minimum ten (10) years of of business development experience, preferably within Private Banking
• Solid track record of developing a book of business consisting of High-Net-Worth clients  within relevant markets.
• Proficiency in a variety of software applications including Microsoft Suite.
• Fluency in English and other languages as required by the markets covered
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Knowledgeable across asset classes and investment vehicles
• Solutions-oriented and proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
• Strong sense of ethics, aligned with Pictet’s values and partnership culture
• Ability to travel internationally
