Senior Manager - Finance Business Advice – Corporate Functions

senior · Corporate Finance

Lead the finance team that helps ING shape better decisions on cost, capacity, investment, productivity and strategic execution.

This is a senior finance leadership role for someone who wants more than a traditional business partnering position. You’ll manage the Finance Business Advice team for Corporate Functions, partnering directly with senior business leaders across Technology, Operations, Staff Functions and Transformation Office to turn financial insight into clearer decisions, stronger accountability and more sustainable outcomes.

The role sits at the centre of how ING connects performance, investment choices and business priorities. You’ll shape the next generation of Corporate Functions finance partnering, and bring sharper challenge to cost, workforce, initiative and productivity decisions. It is a role for someone who can simplify complexity, influence senior stakeholders and lift the standard of finance advice beyond reporting numbers.

This role is for someone who can support executive decision-making, challenge assumptions, and help shape how Finance partners with Corporate Functions through stronger insight, practical recommendations and clear leadership.
