Responsibilities
- Administration of purchase and sales contracts, including documentary monitoring of the contract from beginning to end, and coordination of contract changes and corrections;
- Sales order entry and order changes;
- Truck and rail car scheduling including warehouse transfer planning and shipment scheduling;
- Weekly and monthly reporting of shipment status, customer issues, metal production guidance, smelter inventories and sales realizations;
- Purchase and sales pricing/hedge processing and reporting;
- Verification of all documents in compliance with Glencore's internal guidelines;
- Close interaction with worldwide offices for guidance on Charting, Insurance, Finance, Legal and Compliance.
Qualifications
- Completion of post-secondary education from a recognized institution in a related field such as Commerce, Business Administration, and others;
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience;
- Bilingual candidates are preferred – English (Required), French, (define asset), Chinese or Spanish (nice to have);
- Strong communication and proven interpersonal skills;
- Experience working with SAP is a define asset.
