RX Japanが主催する展示会内のコンファレンスやイベントの企画・運営をリードするポジションです。
大規模なコンファレンスやイベントを自身のアイデアで創出し、産業界の主要関係者と協働しながら注目度の高いイベントに成長させる重要な役割です。
■ 主な業務内容
- 展示会およびイベントの企画・プログラム構成、セミナー・講演の運営
- テーマ設定から講師、産業団体、メディアとのネットワーキングを通じたコンテンツ制作
- 参加者獲得のためのウェブ広告運用、過去参加データの活用
- 当日の現場運営（セミナー進行管理、講師対応など）
- コンファレンス・イベントプログラムの設計・構築
- 講師の選定・交渉・確定後のフォロー
- 外部協力会社との連携・指揮
- 参加者管理
■ 所属・組織
- チーム構成：展示会1回あたり約20名
- 担当展示会：年3～5回（繁忙期は補助展示会担当を含む場合あり）
■ 必須条件
- 大卒以上（第2新卒応募可）
- 高いコミュニケーション能力のある方
- マルチタスク能力・プロジェクト管理能力のある方
- 営業経験または 社内外ステークホルダー・キーパーソンとの調整・折衝経験のお持ちの方
- PC操作スキル（Excel、Word、PDF、PowerPointの一般レベル）
- 使用ツール：Excel、Word、PDF、PowerPoint、社内ウェブサイト

- ライブイベント・現場運営での臨機応変な対応力
- イベント／コンファレンス運営経験
- 英語でのビジネス対応可能者
