About the Role

This role is responsible for executing brand and marketing plans that support product positioning, customer engagement, and business growth. You will work with market and customer insights, pricing strategies, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective marketing initiatives and help drive commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand plans for specific products, services, or specialty areas within established brand management systems
• Execute marketing plans and campaigns within established marketing frameworks
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to support business and marketing decisions
• Conduct economic and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
• Support solution analysis and product positioning initiatives
• Contribute to project management activities and cross-functional initiatives
• Support pricing strategy development and execution
• Deliver marketing execution activities aligned with business objectives

Key Requirements:

• Analyse customer, market and business data to identify trends, insights and opportunities that support informed decision-making.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to build a strong understanding of target audiences, buying behaviours and commercial opportunities.
• Translate research findings into clear recommendations, action plans and materials that support business growth and brand development.
• Use commercial insight to contribute to sales, marketing, pricing and customer segmentation strategies.
• Identify gaps between current and desired outcomes, diagnose needs through effective questioning and recommend practical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align customer needs, sales processes and commercial priorities.
• Support strategic and tactical negotiations by helping shape value-led proposals that benefit both the customer and the organisation.
• Work independently with confidence, while sharing expertise and guidance with others where needed.
