Production Manager (M/F/NB) - Fixed-term Contract - Madrid
🚩 What we propose
The Westfield Rise Spain agency offers brands and retailers the opportunity to leverage the traffic and media power of the Group's shopping centers to increase their brand awareness and revenue.
To this end, Westfield Rise Spain works on:
- Marketing promotional spaces for brands (experiential, in-situ communication, online communication)
- Leveraging DOOH and OOH display networks

The Client Operations is specifically in charge of organizing the technical, human, and logistical resources required to host events.
Working closely with Westfield Rise's sales teams, our Production Manager will support clients from the moment they get their request through to the event's completion.
🚩 What will your day-to-day life be like?
- Management of the relationships with clients and internal teams (supporting sales teams in their proposals to clients by providing them operational and technical assistance, assessing client needs, studies feasibility, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations to ensure the safety of facilities,
- Transmit appropriate technical and logistical documents to clients,
- Operations coordination,
- Contribution to the service improvement

🚩 How to succeed in this position (soft skills + hard skills)?
- You have a strong sense of anticipation and organization
- You have a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You enjoy working independently within a team
- You have ability to propose ideas and be persuasive
- You have demonstrated a strong understanding of the Retail, Media, and Events sectors and have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- You are curious and can propose innovative and creative action plan
- You thrive in agile environments and can work in project mode
- Master's degree (Bac + 5) from a business school or university equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience in event production
- Knowledge of ERP security rules
- Fluent in English

📍Localisation
Main office in Madrid, regular travels in Madrid and Barcelona shopping centers are to be expected.
