We're looking for a Client Operations Manager to join our Westfield Rise and Specialty Leasing team in the Netherlands.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bringing some of the most innovative brand activations, retail experiences and media campaigns to life across our destinations, helping to shape the future of retail media and experiential marketing.
You'll work at the heart of the business, partnering with teams across the Netherlands, Sweden and the UK, delivering everything from major brand campaigns and experiential activations to retail fit-outs and commercial initiatives. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on both client success and commercial performance.
As part of Westfield Rise, URW's in-house retail media agency, you'll help brands connect with millions of visitors through engaging media, brand experiences and innovative retail opportunities. Working closely with both the Westfield Rise and Specialty Leasing teams, you'll help ensure best-in-class delivery while supporting continued revenue growth across our Northern European destinations.

Why this role matters
As demand for retail media, brand experiences and innovative retail concepts continues to grow, operational excellence has never been more important. This role ensures that campaigns, activations and retail projects are delivered seamlessly across our destinations, creating value for clients while safeguarding the customer experience. By bringing together multiple stakeholders, managing complex projects and maintaining high delivery standards, you'll play a critical role in supporting sustainable commercial growth across the Northern European region.
What you’ll be getting involved in
No two days will look exactly the same, but you'll spend your time:
Managing the delivery of exciting brand activations, media campaigns, retail kiosks and pop-up concepts, ensuring projects are executed safely, smoothly and to an exceptional standard.
Partnering with clients, agencies, contractors and internal teams across the Netherlands and Northern Europe to bring commercial opportunities to life.
Leading projects from concept through to completion, coordinating logistics, installations, fit-outs, removals and operational planning.
Providing technical and operational expertise, offering practical solutions that support both client objectives and business goals.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety, risk management and operational standards, helping protect our assets, visitors and reputation.
Supporting commercial growth by identifying innovative opportunities, managing budgets and contributing ideas that enhance revenue and client experience.
Working closely with colleagues across Westfield Rise and Specialty Leasing, sharing best practice and contributing to wider regional and business priorities.

Have experience delivering projects within a brand experience, events, media, marketing, retail or commercial environment.

Enjoy building relationships and collaborating with clients, agencies, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Are a natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and find practical solutions.

Speak English and Dutch.
