Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistance out of our Santiago de Chile office reporting into the Country Manager. In this role, you can expect responsibilities such as:
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries for the Country Manager in the country
- Arrange corporate events to take place inside or outside of the work place, such as fund-raising events and staff appreciation events
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
