Your work profile
As an Associate Director in our CS&D Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
Role description
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI / Agentic AI Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions, including intelligent banking assistants and AI agents powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent frameworks. You will lead the architecture, integration, and deployment of AI applications that enhance customer experience, automate business processes, and drive operational efficiency across various sectors. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in Python, AI/ML frameworks, LLM ecosystems, cloud-native architectures, and the successful implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including intelligent assistants and autonomous AI agents.
- Architect and deploy LLM-based applications leveraging RAG, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and data teams to deliver scalable AI solutions aligned with banking use cases.
- Develop and optimize AI workflows for customer service, process automation, knowledge retrieval, and decision support.
- Integrate AI platforms with banking systems, APIs, enterprise data sources, and knowledge repositories.
- Establish AI governance, security, observability, and compliance controls in line with regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate emerging GenAI and Agentic AI technologies and drive innovation through proofs of concept and production implementations.
- Define architecture standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks for enterprise AI adoption.
- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural leadership throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of generative models, including Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), and autoregressive models.
- Experience working with large language models such as GPT-4, GPT-5, or similar models.
- Experience working with Azure Open AI, Google Gemini
- Proven track record of developing and implementing generative AI models for text, image, or other data types.
- Familiarity with transfer learning and pre-training techniques for large language models.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Develop and optimize prompts for various natural language processing tasks using few-shot, one-shot, and zero-shot learning techniques.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Machine Learning
- Work with vector databases like ChromaDB and Elasticsearch to power Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Exposure in architecting GenAI and Agentic AI solutions enabling intelligent customer interactions, process automation, and decision support.
- Exposure on AI governance and guardrails to ensure regulatory compliance, data privacy, model reliability, and responsible AI adoption.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Having exposure in Conversational AI is a plus.

- Location- Delhi
- Working from the office at least 3 days a week is mandatory, with a hybrid model tailored to each domain’s specific needs
