At CUATRECASAS, we are seeking a lawyer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our Corporate & Real Estate practice in our Vigo office.
The successful candidate will join the Corporate team and will be involved in a broad range of commercial law matters, including real estate transactions, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and other corporate transactions of both national and international relevance.
Profile we are looking for
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Corporate Law, particularly in the areas of Corporate and Real Estate.
- Strong academic record.
- High level of English (Advanced level is desirable). Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
- A professional with a strong vocation for the legal profession, a client-oriented mindset, and a commitment to technical excellence.
- An international profile with the ability to adapt and continuously learn, accustomed to working in dynamic, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environments.
- A proactive individual with initiative and the ability to generate and share knowledge, providing solutions while demonstrating an understanding of business needs.
