What you'll be doing
As Head of Retail you are responsible for overall retail activities of UniCredit Leasing, including leading the territorial units to achieve commercial, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives. Build strong relationships with customers, vendors and UniCredit Group entities.
What you'll need to succeed
Be able to translate vision and strategic guidelines into retail division's strategy. Be able to identify short-medium term initiatives for reaching targets.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement Retail sales strategies across direct and indirect channels, including UniCredit Bank.
Manage sales performance, profitability, costs and budgets, implementing corrective actions when required.
Develop the Retail customers portfolio, identify new business opportunities and coordinate cross-selling initiatives.
Validate financing offers and support transaction approvals in line with profitability and risk requirements.
Oversee customer portfolio management, escalations and service quality.
Monitor market and competitor developments and recommend improvements to products, pricing and commercial policies.
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, internal regulations, KYC, AML, risk and internal control requirements.
Report regularly to management on Retail performance, key challenges and proposed solutions
