Requirements
Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and supervising the billing and collection team’s processes.
- Ensuring compliance with billing policies and applicable regulations.
- Supervising and ensuring the correct issuance of invoices to clients.
- Coordinating the collections team to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Preparing and reporting on the status of accounts receivable, payments and other financial indicators to senior management.
- Identifying problems and analysing data to improve process efficiency.
- Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure a coordinated and accurate workflow.
