Requisitos
- Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- More than six years of Big Four audit experience (manager level or equivalent).
- Experience auditing multinationals under different GAAPs.
- Analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel and ERP accounting skills, experience with SAP 4/Hana would be an asset.
- High level of English.
- Willingness to travel.
Role
- Monitoring accounting of all subsidiaries within established deadlines and ensuring compliance with appropriate financial and regulatory standards.
- Ensuring that all adjustments, provisions and other accounting estimates are properly calculated and recorded for the group’s subsidiaries.
- Preparing annual accounts for the group’s subsidiaries with the support of local advisors.
- Supervising the statutory auditing process for the group’s subsidiaries and supporting the auditing process for the consolidated accounts.
- Participating in the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce processing time and decrease error rates, particularly those relating to accounting, monthly and annual closings, conciliations, reports, etc.
- Providing technical leadership for team members.
