Your responsibilities in processing customer requests:
- You take the necessary actions to complete the tasks successfully: from thorough analysis to collecting approvals, calling the customer to collect additional information, ... all within the agreed SLA
- You ensure the correct E2E follow-up of the files entrusted to you.
- Taking Ownership to provide answers to customers' questions and solutions to their problems (E2E).
- Always exceeding our customers' expectations -WOW effect.
- Putting hospitality and the customer first in every journey.
- Monitor compliance with legislation and applicable regulations/GDPR.
- Contact clients directly (phone) to ensure E2E-results for the customer.

- You are autonomous and are able to complete a task on time and in quality.
- You are a team player.

- Analytic person
- You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Dutch or French
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- You are currently student.
- You are looking for an internship of at least three months as part of your studies and available minimum 2 days/week.
