ResponsibilitiesMission:As Vice President within our Structured Products Sales team, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening relationships with financial institutions, private banking networks, and retail distributors across Iberia. You will leverage Société Générale's leading cross-asset platform to originate, structure, and execute innovative investment solutions across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Rates, and Commodities, while delivering exceptional client service throughout the product lifecycle.This role offers significant client exposure, commercial responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of one of the market's leading structured products franchises.Tasks and responsibilities:Business Development & Client CoverageDevelop and deepen relationships with financial institutions and distribution partners across Spain, Portugal, and AndorraIdentify new business opportunities and originate innovative investment solutions tailored to client needsDeliver market insights, investment ideas, and product strategies to support client objectivePromote and expand the adoption of Société Générale's structured solutions platformProduct Structuring & ExecutionPrice, execute, and manage structured products across multiple asset classesCoordinate transaction execution through SG's proprietary platforms and digital toolsEnsure efficient management of secondary market transactions and client requestsMonitor and communicate product events throughout the lifecycle of structured productsClient Support & GovernanceSupport onboarding processes and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholdersCoordinate contractual documentation, including distribution and derivatives agreementsEnsure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standardsContribute to the continuous enhancement of client experience and operational excellenceProfile requiredStudies & experience:University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related disciplineMBA or postgraduate qualifications are considered a plus7–12 years of relevant experience within Structured Products Sales, Capital Markets, Global Markets, or Cross-Asset SolutionsLanguage skills:Fluent Spanish and English requiredPortuguese and/or French highly desirableTechnical, operational & Soft skills:Proven track record covering institutional clients, retail distribution platforms, private banking networks, or wealth management channelsDemonstrated success in originating and executing structured investment solutionsStrong knowledge of structured products and derivative solutions across:EquitiesFixed IncomeForeign ExchangeRatesCommoditiesDeep understanding of financial markets and investor behaviourFamiliarity with regulatory and suitability requirements associated with structured products distribution.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumenExcellent relationship-building and networking skillsStrong communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused, and collaborative environmentWhy join usSociété Générale Spain is a multi-category bank offering every employee the possibility to have several careers in a professional career path.
