Role Description:
- Drive and assist in the origination and execution process of Korea and AEJ IBD
- Organize and prepare marketing materials, industry update and analysis and other presentations;
- Lead on valuation including development of financial models, financial statement analysis
- Transaction execution including, transaction documentation, process management, etc.;
- Assist in due diligence and support development of Junior staff within IBD
- Support client relationship management
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- Minimum of 2 years of Investment Banking experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with M&A transactions
- Self-starter who is able to drive projects and workstreams;
- Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Good presentation skill and PowerPoint skills
- The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines;
- A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork, including guiding junior analysts;
- A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts;
