- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, high-visibility transformation initiatives to deliver defined business outcomes on time and within budget.
- Establish governance, reporting, and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, resource utilization, risks, dependencies, and financial performance.
- Act as the first point of escalation for execution roadblocks, proactively identifying risks, scope creep, and bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
- Manage interdependencies across initiatives and ensure alignment with broader business priorities and plans.
Business Transformation & Change
- Lead process diagnostic reviews, current-state assessments, and future-state design efforts to improve business performance and operational effectiveness.
- Apply structured change management approaches to support adoption, stakeholder engagement, and sustained behavioral change.
- Define, track, and report value-realization metrics, including financial, operational, and customer impact measures.
- Support the development and maintenance of business cases, ensuring assumptions, benefits, and delivery milestones remain valid throughout execution.
Stakeholder Alignment & Leadership
- Partner closely with business leaders and senior stakeholders to align priorities, resolve trade-offs, and secure cross-functional commitment and resources.
- Translate complex program data into clear, executive-ready updates, recommendations, and decision materials.

- Provide informal leadership, coaching, and guidance to project team members and workstream leads to promote strong execution discipline and continuous improvement.
What you need to have:
