Are you a Business Analyst with a passion for designing impactful workflows and enabling real change in the banking sector? Join our EBRD Transformation and Design team and help shape the future of how the Bank delivers value through its investment projects. You will be part of the Chief Transformation Office Group.
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support a high-impact initiative focused on rethinking and redesigning critical workflows that underpin the Bank’s investment activities - and, crucially, linking these to how we measure impact in the economies we work with.
You will be working closely with colleagues in Banking, Impact, Risk and other functions to gather, analyse and refine business and technical requirements. You will focus on end to end process redesign, as you work with a team of experienced developers, designers and fellow analysts within an Agile squad that is part of a larger global programme. You will focus on user-centric solution, alleviating pressure points for our bankers.
We're looking for someone with proven experience as a business analyst, ideally in financial services. We require strong stakeholder management skills, as you will be translating business needs into clear, actionable insights and technical requirements. Hands on experience in Agile is welcome, as you'll be writing user stories in Jira and your design will be viewed by many in Confluence.
