Job Description
- Utilize various computer applications to review service requests and supporting documentation/paperwork. Ensure availability of required information and documentation to accurately process such requests.- Follow up with Advisors/stakeholders if additional information is required
- Approve requests that are In Good Order; Reject Not in Good Order Service requests and provide rationale for such decision
- Act as Subject Matter Expert supporting both the team and team leader. Train peers on processes and procedures via e-mail, phone, and in-person regarding service policies and procedures, systems knowledge, and customer service skills
- Participate and assist in projects or process improvements to maximize efficiency and drive operational excellence. Motivates and inspires all team members to provide best in class services, boost morale, and ultimately meet or exceed the service levels
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office & basic hands-on knowledge of Computers
- Exposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, retirement services, financial planning, etc would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated skill troubleshooting and identifying and resolving root cause issues.
- Explains or presents factual information in a structured, clear and concise way avoiding use of jargon.
- Able to assess the impact of change on products, systems, processes and people.
- Effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks
In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
