Job Title: Corporate Insurance Support

Location: Mumbai, India

Role Description

• Managing all requirements for DB India entities insurance policies including review, placement, invoicing, endorsement and claims.
• This will include Insurance broker and insurance company vendor management.
• This will also cover managing GST issues on premium payments. From Global operations support, this will cover insurance certificate issuance for policies and travel, and also managing the Deukis/ Ventiv information for Indian insurance policies.
• This role will also support on doing assessments as an risk type controller on the TPRM -Coupa system and doing contract reviews for insurance clauses for vendors globally.

Your key responsibilities

• Managing India insurance policies and renewals and ongoing servicing
• Managing key people connects -Insurer, Insurance broker, Internal business stakeholders
• Global operations support on Ventiv, Coupa, and Certificate issuance
• Managing internal processes like invoicing and GST for premiums. Liaisoning with Accounts and tax teams for the same.
• Generating reports and MIS on the premium spends and insurance renewals

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in a corporate setup -insurance industry experience preferrable
• Proficiency in MS office -Excel skills should be excellent. Computer savvy and comfortable to get orientation to new systems and software.
• Detail oriented and very focused with numbers.
• Very good communications skills -should be well versed in business correspondence.
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Learning mind-set. Should be open to new challenges.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
