Position Overview
Job Title: Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime- MI and Reporting, VP/ AVP
Location: Manila
Corporate Title: Vice President/ Assistant Vice President
Your role as Head of the team will include the review and control of a portfolio of reports, the steering and development of an international team, and development and control of a wider Reporting related Book-of-Work, including the remediation of Findings.

Your key responsibilities
- Develop and design an evolving a team across Germany, United Kingdom, Singapore, and the United States. Oversee reporting productivity and team development
- Streamline production and alignment of a 20+ global and regional reports on Compliance and Financial Crime Risk Reports for senior management, the Management and Supervisory Board. Produce audience-oriented content, ensure accuracy, and timeliness
- Key C&AFC Reporting contact for senior management and stakeholders across the organization
- Responsible for global and regional Findings and their remediation related to C&AFC Reporting. Direct improvements and standardization in global and regional reports, including finding the Home of Best Fit for all reporting.
- As part of the wider leadership team, support other strategic activities in the Frameworks & Programmes Function more widely.
Your skills and experience
- Excellent editorial, analysis and writing skills, ability to connect content and form holistic storylines. Ability to collect and transform submitted content into narratives and guide content producer to submit better written updates
- Deep and comprehensive knowledge of the risk frameworks of Deutsche Bank
- Experience managing people and engaging with senior stakeholders. Proven experience in leading teams across locations
- Robust, credible, and organisationally savvy, with the ability to grasp complex issues quickly
- Background / experience in similar field that emphasizes clear and concise writing, analysis and insights from a wide array of sources.
