Department Description
TCG Capital Markets L.L.C. is the registered broker-dealer subsidiary of The Carlyle Group (NASDAQ: CG), one of the world's largest alternative asset management firms with approximately $440 billion in assets under management. TCG Capital Markets operates as a limited-purpose broker-dealer primarily supporting Carlyle's capital-raising, distribution, and product structuring activities across private equity, credit, real assets, and investment solutions.
