【Position】 Associate (typically 3–6+ PQE as a guideline; flexibility for strong candidates at either end of the range)
【Qualification】 Japan-qualified lawyer (bengoshi) with approximately 3–6 years of post-qualification experience (flexibility for strong candidates)
【Skills & Experience】
- Experience in corporate and finance-related matters at a law firm or in-house legal department, including work in finance and projects
- Experience and skills in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, in particular finance transaction documents (e.g., loan agreements, security documents)
- Experience and skills in handling financial regulatory matters
- Business-level English proficiency
【Responsibilities】
You will be involved in a broad range of finance and projects-related matters, including finance transactions (such as project finance and acquisition finance) as well as financial regulatory work.
The role includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents in the context of finance transactions, and working closely with partners and team members on deal execution.
【Candidate Background】
Candidates may come from law firms handling corporate and finance transactions, or from in-house legal teams (including financial institutions), provided they have relevant transactional experience.

【職務内容】
ファイナンス取引およびプロジェクト関連業務（プロジェクトファイナンス、買収ファイナンス等）、ならびに金融規制対応を中心とした案件に関与いただきます。
また、ファイナンス取引に関連する契約書のドラフティング、レビューおよび交渉を含む実務を担当いただきます。
