Role profile:
- Law degree or advanced law student
- Basic understanding of judicial procedures
- High organizational capability
- Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with clients and witnesses
- Ability to operate independently in field activities
Key Responsibilities
Litigation Operational Support
- Review of court files and case records
- Retrieval of procedural documents and certified copies
- Monitoring case developments in courts
- Assistance in the preparation of hearings
Witness and Evidence Coordination
- Identifying and coordinating witnesses prior to hearings
- Preliminary meetings to confirm knowledge of relevant facts
- Verifying witness availability and readiness to testify
- Assisting attorneys with evidence organization and logistics
Client Interaction and Case Follow-Up
- Visiting client facilities to collect documentation and information
- Following up on case-related documentation
- Supporting attorneys in ongoing case management
Training and Seminar Support
- Prepare supporting materials and presentations
- Coordinate logistics for seminars and training sessions
- Assist attorneys during presentations to ensure professional execution
- Manage presentation materials, equipment, and systems
- Ensure coordination of venues, materials, and technical resources
Legal Documentation Support
- Preparation and coordination of powers of attorney
- Organization of evidentiary files
- Support in preparation of procedural filings
- Maintenance of case documentation
