Role Description
- Complete all data and survey requests from industry partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Support in the management of the affiliate networks, inclusion groups, BakerWomen chapters, local ID&E committees, and mentorship/sponsorship groups, including but not limited to, supporting regional programing and event planning for local office events, assisting in executing mentoring and sponsorship programing and related work
- Support in the management of external conferences, work with the North America ID&E Committee, client-related development work, and other cross-functional work as arises
- Organize, maintain, and update the yearly calendar of ID&E heritage month/commemorative days calendar for the Firm in all regions; drafting and generating content to distribute to the communications teams and for internal and external posting; working closely with the Communications Team on content and cadence of local, regional, and Firmwide communications
- Support in preparing and executing on client-related work, such as partnerships and mentorship programs, and any ID&E-related client events
- Support with practice group-related projects and data trends for presentations to the practice group leaders, talent and business managers, and Firm leadership
- Perform other duties as needed in furtherance of the ID&E team’s goals and objectives, including in the development and maintenance of the ID&E SharePoint site and maintenance of ID&E files
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred

- Advanced Excel skills and data processing

- Strong organization skills, including setting priorities, structuring project deliverables, and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Strong computer literacy, including CoPilot or other AI technology, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and general databases
