Job Summary
As a Corporate Commodity Sales professional in the Corporate Commodity Sales team in Paris, you will lead client interactions and drive the execution of commodity trades within the energy sector. You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including utilities, consumers, refiners, and upstream organizations across natural gas, power, carbon emissions, oil, and refined products. Job responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, providing tailored OTC solutions in the energy commodities space
- Oversee the trade execution process, ensuring accuracy in trade booking, order taking, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Mentor junior team members in best practices for trade execution
- Analyze market trends and drivers to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that align with market conditions and client needs
- Partner with trading, research, corporate banking, and risk management teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to enhance client service
- Lead efforts to refine and optimize the sales process, including our e-platform offering
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in client interactions and trade execution
