Trade & Working Capital- Structured Working Capital Transactor -Vice President

Become a key player in JPMorgan Payments' Trade & Working Capital division, where you'll leverage your expertise to design and execute tailored financial strategies that enhance our clients' working capital efficiency on a global scale. As a Transactor within Trade & Working Capital's Structured Working Capital team, you will be responsible for structuring, executing and managing structured receivables and inventory finance transactions. You will work closely with clients to understand their working capital objectives, identify opportunities and recommend customized structures. Collaborate with us on transactions ranging from bilateral receivables purchase structures to multibillion-dollar syndicated inventory financing, all designed to optimize our clients' global working capital flows.Trade & Working Capital (T&WC) is a division of JPMorgan Payments. Our global product and technology platform, integrated client service model and network of operational centers enable us to deliver a consistent set of services to clients no matter where they are across the world.Job Responsibilities:Work closely with the Trade Sales and Global Corporate Banking teams to recommend structured off-balance sheet solutions to enhance working capital position for clients within specific sectors
Partner with finance, product, legal and risk functional colleagues to ensure seamless product delivery for structures which can be adapted to meet bespoke customer needs
Pitch, structure and execute transactions bringing innovative solutions to complex problems
Prepare and review data analysis including cash flow models, stress test models and other analytical tools
Manage aspects of transaction execution including socializing with internal partners, preparing credit analysis and approval materials, leading approval discussions, guiding operational processes, and negotiating legal documentation
Understand and assess competition, capital markets, accounting, macroeconomic and regulatory dynamics
Advanced knowledge and experience in structuring and transaction, with strong working knowledge of corporate finance, corporate credit and legal risk
Experience in credit risk management and/or structured products
Knowledge of alternative financing structures for receivables, including securitization, borrowing base and bilateral receivables purchase programs
Relevant trade finance experience with a focus on structured receivable transactions
Experience with structured product management and governance
Knowledge of relevant accounting policy guidelines applicable to receivable purchases and understanding of enforceability / perfection requirements in major jurisdictions
