The role provides end-to-end oversight and execution of RM incentive plans, ensuring high data integrity and rigorous standards while partnering across functions to improve field and client experience
The core responsibilities span end-to-end incentive plan execution, issue/exception management, continuous improvement, and stakeholder partnership.
- Oversee day-to-day administration of RM incentive programs, including cycles, validations, and end-to-end execution
- Support incentive strategy/design activities (e.g., plan components, scorecards, new hire structures) and evaluate effectiveness
- Own inquiry, exception, and correction workflows (e.g., scorecard / net-flow performance inquiries), ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation of rationale and outcomes
- Identify “micro-level” process/system breaks; escalate “macro-level” issues and drive fixes through the right partners
- Drive process enhancements and automation to improve accuracy, speed, and field experience; help implement operating model improvements
- Produce and improve reporting for stakeholders (request volumes, SLAs, compensation impacts) and synthesize qualitative field feedback into actionable themes
- Partner across teams/functions to improve policies, controls, and end-user (field/client) experience

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills
- 5+ years of experience in financial services; background in finance, compensation, and/or HR (or closely related analytical/operational role)
- Strong understanding (or ability to quickly develop it) of Private Client products/services and key business drivers
- Strong analytical skills; able to translate complex data into clear insights and actions
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to set expectations and communicate outcomes succinctly
- Strong organization/prioritization and attention to detail with a risk-and-controls mindset
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership and accountability
- Comfort operating in a matrixed environment and engaging stakeholders at various levels
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; ability to learn new systems/workflows quickly
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with incentive compensation systems, scorecard design, and exception management
- Proficiency with reporting/collaboration tools (e.g., Tableau, SharePoint)
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional change
