We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Management Trainee Program. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop management and leadership skills, and build a solid foundation for a successful career in management this 24 months program.
Activities
- Be an effective member of each department they are assigned to during their rotations and demonstrate leadership qualities and take on increasing responsibilities.
- Gain a good knowledge and understanding of each department's workflow and policies
- Observe and learn from experienced staff members
- Be proactive in looking out for potential to make improvements in current processes and working environment
- Assist in creating & executing sales & marketing plans, cost management projects, business proposal & staff progression etc
- Assist with project management and contribute to organizational initiatives.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Engage in problem-solving and process improvement activities.
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Strong academic record and a passion for learning and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve creatively
- Proactive attitude and a team player
- Flexible and adaptable to change
