Drive strategic relationships with some of the world's leading financial institutions while helping shape the growth of Wells Fargo's FIG franchise across EMEA.

Wells Fargo is seeking an accomplished Lead Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to support the continued growth and strategic development of our Financial Institutions Group (FIG) – EMEA Banks Coverage franchise. This highly visible role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of international bank clients, serving as a trusted advisor and lead coverage banker across Wells Fargo's Corporate & Investment Banking platform.

The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic client plans, originate and deliver complex financing and capital markets solutions, and identify opportunities to deepen client engagement across lending, markets, treasury, trade, payments, and risk management products. Working closely with partners across Credit, Global Markets, Treasury Management, Trade, Payments, Risk, Legal, and Compliance, you will deliver integrated solutions that support clients' strategic objectives while driving sustainable revenue growth.

This role requires exceptional relationship management, transaction execution, and business development expertise, along with the ability to navigate sophisticated institutional clients and lead complex, multi-product opportunities across the EMEA banking sector. You will play a key role in strengthening Wells Fargo's presence within the financial institutions landscape while delivering long-term value for clients and the franchise.

This is a unique opportunity to influence some of Wells Fargo’s most important client relationships, driving franchise growth while delivering innovative, multi-product solutions to leading financial institutions across EMEA.
