Your Mission
Reporting to the HR Business Partner based in Bangalore, you will contribute to building and driving the internal communication of a rapidly growing new OneTech center.
In a site launch and international context, you will play a key role in structuring communication, supporting employee integration, and strengthening the sense of belonging.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Design and deliver internal communication: content writing, publishing on internal tools (Viva Engage, Teams, etc.)
- Structure communication channels: SharePoint, digital and physical materials
- Create engaging content: storytelling, visuals, presentations, photos
- Organize internal events: onboarding sessions, town halls, corporate events
- Support strategic events: leadership visits, inaugurations
- Plan an annual editorial calendar aligned with local and global priorities
- Collaborate with HR and international teams
- Support change management in a fast-evolving multicultural environment

Candidate Profile
Your Profile
Required:
- Master’s degree (Communication, HR, or equivalent)
- Initial experience in communications (internship or apprenticeship accepted)
- Interest in HR topics / employer branding
- Excellent writing skills
- Fluent English (minimum C1 level) and French (minimum B2 level)
- Comfortable with digital tools: Microsoft 365, Canva
Assets:
- Experience in internal or event communication
- Experience in an international or multicultural environment
Eligibility to the visa for a VIE in India : Please note that only candidates whose diploma was obtained less than two years ago are eligible for the visa to India.
