Skills and Competencies
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital content creation, brand experience, graphic design, or a related creative discipline
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, typography, layout composition, visual storytelling, and conceptual design thinking
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 creative applications, and motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience creating and executing digital, print, social media, event, presentation, and marketing assets that support business objectives
- Strong understanding of brand systems and the ability to maintain visual consistency across global campaigns and initiatives
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling creative outputs
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Collaborate closely with creative leadership and business stakeholders to develop compelling brand and campaign concepts
- Design and deliver high-quality creative assets across digital, print, social media, event, and presentation channels
- Apply expertise in branding, typography, visual hierarchy, and layout composition to create engaging and effective communications
- Maintain and evolve brand standards, ensuring consistency across all creative deliverables and audience touchpoints
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools to support ideation, concept development, content creation, and workflow optimization while maintaining high creative standards
- Develop and refine prompts and creative approaches that align AI-generated outputs with brand strategy and business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, design trends, and AI capabilities to enhance creativity, efficiency, and innovation
- Present creative concepts, communicate design rationale, and incorporate feedback to deliver effective business solutions
