Activities
- Identify, assess, and implement Generative AI and Machine Learning use cases to improve productivity and process efficiency.
- Design AI-powered solutions for reporting, knowledge management, document processing, anomaly detection, forecasting, and workflow optimization.
- Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and technologies and provide recommendations based on business needs.
- Lead end-to-end automation initiatives leveraging Power Platform, RPA, Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot technologies, and other enterprise tools.
- Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize implemented solutions
- Drive AI and digital transformation initiatives supporting TGSB strategic objectives.
- Ensure analytical, automation, and AI solutions deliver measurable business value
- Responsible for developing and implementing standard reports, transactional billing templates and in-depth analysis of data to help identify trends, opportunities and solutions based on the analysis;
- Develop and implement business standard reports using methods in data mining, trend analysis and modeling; in-depth analysis of data using data analytics methods;
- Collaborates with stakeholders to identify reporting needs;
- Take part in the development and enhancement of standard reporting models to translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements, and act as an interface with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of end-user reporting solutions;
- Develop relevant KPIs to measure performance and address business requirements;
- Understands and extracts relevant information from complex data relationships and develops reports to enable the effective use of the resulting analysis;
- Provides training support for the use of new reports and tools;
- Collaborates with stakeholders to identify reporting needs;
- Fulfill functional expert role and provide technical support on all assigned projects;
Candidate Profile
- 5 years’ experience in SSC environment in relevant job
- Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics projects.
- Finance & Accounting and reporting skills
- Great PowerPoint/Excel/Visio/SAP knowledge
- Good knowledge of VBA/RPA, Power Query, PowerBI, SAP, MBC
- Service Now, Celonis, Power Apps and any other tool from Microsoft suite
- Experience with process mining and intelligent document processing solutions.
- Good data analysis, data verification; good knowledge of databases and data warehouse structures; knowledge in data mining and reporting tools;
