Chevron Australia Downstream, an Australian subsidiary of the Chevron Corporation, delivers quality fuel and lubricant products and services, including via its national network of Caltex service stations. Caltex customers receive a warm and friendly service and take advantage of the specially formulated fuel system-cleaning ingredient Techron®, available in all grades of fuel at the Caltex service stations.

Chevron Australia Downstream also owns and operates three product import terminals. We deliver products and services to a range of industries including mining, resources, agriculture, transport, marine and aviation. We offer services such as bulk fuel supply, oils and lubricants, fuel equipment solutions, customised fleet fuel card solutions and expert advice on fuel management and health and safety.

About the Role

Chevron is seeking a commercially focused Business Consultant to drive profitable growth by identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across targeted market segments. This role is responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, deepening customer relationships and delivering sustainable revenue growth through strategic account management and proactive business development.

As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding Chevron’s market presence by engaging customers, uncovering opportunities and developing tailored commercial solutions that align customer needs with business objectives. You will work closely with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, strong execution and long-term customer success.

This role will be based in Brisbane Head Office.

You are a results-driven commercial professional with a strong track record in business development, customer engagement and opportunity conversion. You bring strong commercial acumen, disciplined pipeline management and the confidence to build relationships with senior decision-makers and influence commercial outcomes.
